Expired Subscription

After the 48h grace period, if the subscription has expired and is no more available in your cockpit, you have to manually renew the subscription.

• You can do that going in the Cart Icon in the top menu -> My Subscription Plan.
• Select your expired subscription and click on the renew button.
• If you are still in the 48h grace period, the plan is shown as expired in the cockpit.
• If you have paid with a Credit Card the system will try automatically to charge your card every 4h.
• If you have paid with Paypal/Skrill, the system will not try again to charge, you have to wait the end of the 48h grace period to renew the plan, or you can directly subscribe to a fresh new pack.
